Absolutely! Your child’s safety is our top priority, just like you. Every toy at the EleFant toy library is carefully cleaned and sanitized before it reaches your home, using child-safe products. Our toys are also quality-checked to meet strict safety standards.

What if my child loses interest in a toy quickly?

Accepted Answer

No problem at all. If your child gets bored with a toy or does not enjoy it, simply place a new order on the app and we will swap it out. With unlimited swaps on our Annual plans, your child will always have something fresh and exciting to play with.

How often can I exchange toys?

Accepted Answer

You have full flexibility when it comes to toy exchanges. Our plans allow unlimited swaps — simply place a new order on the app whenever your child is ready for something new. Whether you want to rotate toys every few weeks or more frequently, the choice is entirely yours. Please note that the large toy included with our Quarter Max and Annual Max plans needs to be exchanged within 21 days to keep the fun going for the next family.

How do you clean the toys?

We use a rigorous 7-step cleaning and sanitisation process. Every returned toy is thoroughly inspected and disinfected before it goes to the next family, using child-safe, eco-friendly methods. You can trust that every toy that arrives at your door has been cleaned to the highest standard.

How long can I keep the toys?

Accepted Answer

There are no deadlines. Keep the toys as long as your child enjoys them — whether that is a week or a month — as long as your membership is active. Our Quarter plans run for 3 months and our Annual plans run for 12 months, giving you a full year of uninterrupted play. Please note that the large toy included with our Quarter Max and Annual Max plans needs to be exchanged within 21 days to ensure every family gets their fair share of the fun.

What happens if a toy arrives dirty or stops working?

Report it immediately via the app. Our team will resolve dirty toy issues or arrange a swap so your child's playtime is not interrupted. Every toy is quality-checked before dispatch but if something slips through we will sort it out right away.

Is there a Money-Back Guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Annual plans — Annual Mini (₹7,188), Annual Plus (₹11,988) and Annual Max (₹15,588) — come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of activation, we refund your subscription in full, no questions asked. All prices are exclusive of taxes.

How does the exchange process work?

Accepted Answer

It is completely flexible and happens in two separate steps. When you are ready to return, simply raise a return request on the app and we will come to your doorstep to pick up the toys. When you are ready for something new, place a fresh order on the app and we will deliver your next set of toys directly to your door. The two steps are independent — you do not need to return before ordering, and you do not need to wait for a delivery to initiate a return.

What happens if a piece goes missing?

Don't panic if a component vanishes during playtime! We just ask for a little help keeping the sets together. If a part goes missing, check under the sofa or around the playroom — we are happy for you to just hand it back to us on our next delivery trip. To keep the magic alive for the next family, we only apply a limited charge if a major, essential piece is permanently lost and makes the game unplayable. Otherwise, you can keep playing without the pressure of strict deadlines. Turn down the stress, and turn up the play!

What happens if my child accidentally damages a toy?

"Oofff… he broke it again…" — take a deep breath and don't worry! Wear and tear is completely normal, and our accidental damage coverage handles the standard bumps, scratches, and drops. We ensure our toys are made from solid, durable materials so you can focus on maximum fun and minimum stress. All our plans include a 100% damage waiver. Normal wear and tear is never penalised and your child can play as freely and fearlessly as they like.
