There’s no pressure to return the EleFant toys. Keep the games, toys, and books as long as your child is enjoying them or until they’ve got the full learning from them. The only condition is that your pack is active.

Will I be penalized if toys break or pieces are lost?
Accidents happen—no worries! Our damage waiver covers wear, tear, and even lost parts. No strict return deadlines, just durable, high-quality toys for endless fun. Enjoy maximum play with zero stress! ♻️💕

Can I cancel anytime? What are the charges?
Yes — if it’s not the right fit, you’re free to cancel anytime. Full refund if requested within 14 days of activation. After 14 days, deductions apply based on your pack. No refunds for unused periods.

Does my pack auto-renew?
No. Every pack is a one-time prepaid purchase. When your pack ends, you choose whether to buy a new one — nothing is charged automatically.
