What is the EleFant?

the EleFant is a membership to play. Instead of buying new toys every time and accumulating them endlessly, we propose that you subscribe to them. Like a library. The system is very simple: you subscribe, order, change when you or your kid gets bored. At the EleFant we’re here to make parenting easier and playtime exciting & unlimited!

How does the EleFant toy library work?

1. You subscribe: Select the toys and books you want.
2. You play as much as you want: No limits, no worries, and no return deadlines or penalties for accidental damage. You decide when it's time for something new.
3. Change when you want: Place a new order at any time. The exchange is super simple—our delivery partner gives you the new box and takes the old one.

How long can I keep the toys?

There is no pressure to return the EleFant toys. Use the games, toys, and books as long as your child enjoys them or until they've fully explored the learning potential. The only condition is that you maintain an active membership.

What happens if a toy is damaged or pieces are lost?

No worries! Our “damage waiver” covers accidental damage and lost removable parts. Wear and tear is normal, and you don’t need to take extra precautions. We ensure all toys are made from solid, well-assembled, and durable materials. If a toy breaks due to normal use or a minor accident (e.g., scratches, accidental drops), we cover replacement or repair costs. Losing manuals, parts, or small figurines is not an issue—you don’t need to do anything.

What is the cancellation policy?

You’re free to cancel anytime. We’d love to hear your feedback to improve, but if it’s not the right fit, here’s how it works:
Full Refund: Submit a refund request within 14 days from activation for a full refund.
After 14 Days:
- Play Time Starter Plan (Quarterly): The full ₹3,999 is deducted, and the plan remains active for the quarter.
- Ultimate Playtime Plan (Annual): Charges are calculated at ₹1,333 per month for quarters used (based on the Quarterly Plan price of ₹3,999). The remaining amount is refunded. You can continue using the service until the end of the current quarter or opt for immediate cancellation with applicable deductions.
Refunds are not possible for unconsumed membership periods.
