The rotation is the whole point. My son gets bored in three weeks and instead of another box in the loft, it just goes back and something new turns up. We have not bought a toy outright since January.

We live in a small flat. This solved a storage problem I did not realise was making me irritable. The app makes returns a two tap thing and the pickup has been on time every single month.

Age filters are accurate, which is rare. The one thing I would fix is being able to see which toys are actually available near me before adding them to a plan, as I have had to reshuffle a few times.

Booked a whole set for a birthday weekend at 11pm and it arrived the next morning. Support answered on WhatsApp in under ten minutes when I picked the wrong age band, and swapped it without any fuss.

Toys arrive genuinely clean, which was my worry going in. One car had a scuff and they swapped it without a fuss. Would like a wider range for four year olds, the selection thins out past three.

Reviews from parents are the main reason other parents pick one toy over another. It takes about two minutes, and we'll draft it for you if you'd rather just jot notes.
How EleFant reviews work
Only families who have actually had a toy from us can review it, and the review opens after the toy has been with them for at least a week. That is long enough to know whether a toy holds attention past the first afternoon, which is the thing most parents want to know and the thing a shop listing cannot tell them.
We don't offer discounts or credits in exchange for reviews, and we don't remove critical ones. Where a review flags a real problem, such as a missing piece or a toy that arrived worn, we reply on the review itself so other parents can see how it was handled.
Reading reviews by age
A toy that a two-year-old loves can frustrate an eight-month-old, so every review records the child’s age at the time of play. Filter by your own child’s age band on any toy’s review page and the ratings shift, sometimes considerably. Toys rated highly at 0–12 months tend to score on texture and grip; those rated highly past two years score on open-ended play.
